Viola is a do-gooder disguised as a travelling troubadour, who set out to end the evil Jacque de la Morte unleashed into Paris from the Notre Dame Cathedral. She wears a jester-styled outfit that is pink, purple and brown in colour. Her face is masked and most of her skin is covered barring her arms, although she does wear gloves.

Viola appears in TimeSplitters 2 as the primary character during the Notre Dame mission, where she attempts to stop the necromancer Jacque de la Morte. Secondarily, she appears in Burns Department, a Virus match with the Undead set in Hospital. She also appears as an available character and featured in three bot sets.

- Main article: Notre Dame (Story)
Jacque de la Morte, a master of the dark arts and necromancy, led an army of undead followers, as well as offering Maidens as human sacrifices to the Angels of Time. Hearing of this, Underwood travelled to France to meet up with Viola where they planned an attack from the sewers.
They entered through the sewers, encountering the reanimated remains of bodies dumped there. They continued on and freed the trapped Maidens, later creating an alliance with the resident Hunchback. The two continued to the rooftops where they had a showdown with Jacque and the last of his followers, as well as the supposed angels.
- Viola's one model depicts her with green eyes, but in artworks she often has blue. Another difference between her artwork is her gloves are brown instead of purple.
