Temporal Uplink

The Temporal Uplink has a variety of purposes. It made its debut in TimeSplitters 2 as a small hand-held computer that contained a radar and a map that would home in on the unique energy signature of a Time Crystal. It also had the ability to play the game cartridges. In TimeSplitters Future Perfect, the Temporal Uplink changed design to become wrist attached, and it gained the ability to pick up objects and throw switches remotely as well as project a mini map with secondary fire. Most importantly, it was used in this game as a portable time machine that Anya could program from the main time machine in Spacetime HQ in 2401 A.D. to send Cortez and co. where ever they needed to go throughout time and space.
