Swinging Tipper is a character in TimeSplitters Future Perfect. In order to infiltrate Khallos's base without being discovered Harry and Cortez had to wear disguises. Unfortunately, none of the Henchman suits would fit Harry, so he was forced to wear a Henchwoman's suit.
