The Shoal is, as his name implies, a shoal of fish, gathered around a large whale. Interestingly, the whale is not actually the character's head. Instead, the smaller fish on top is the character's head. This can be seen by enabling the "rotating heads" cheat. He sports a black top hat and smokes a gentleman's pipe, and instead of arms, he carries and fires weapons using the multiple smaller fish that are gathered around him. The Shoal is one of the few floating characters.
Trivia[]
- His gallery entry is similar to the gallery entry of Gilbert Gastric. Which is "eat brains... eat brains... eat brains..."
- He reuses voice clips from Hick Hyde and The Freak (voiced by Les Spink), albeit slowed down and less modified.
