Private Hicks is a male soldier working for the General to fight off the TimeSplitters. They accompany Sergeant Cortez on the way to The General after crash landing on Earth.

• Private Hicks is most certainly a reference to Corporal Hicks and Private Hudson in the movie Aliens. In the movie, there is a scene where the new squad leader confuses Hicks and Hudson with one another.
• His model is used for all the generic soldiers in Time to Split.
• He reuses voice clips from Slick Tommy.
