The Hybrid Mutants are mutated individuals found on Oblask Dam in Siberia. They are highly dangerous, and are the unlockables of the level.

The Hybrid Mutants resemble a mutated human, with its mutated face and oversized chest, along with a piece of flesh connecting its elbow with its body.

A substance from the TimeSplitters was used to try to turn them into superhuman beings, but that mutated them into the hybrid they are with features of the Reaper Splitter appearing. A similar thing occurred with the Freaks, which is why they have a resemblance. They too are half human and half TimeSplitter but their 'Splitter half resembles the Berserker Splitter as the Freak was an early attempt by Crow at creating a Berserker Splitter. Also, the freak is capable of shooting bolts of lightning, whereas the Hybrid Mutant cannot and simply acts like a zombie. This is strange, as the Hybrid Mutant's splitter half (the Reaper Splitter) could also shoot lightning.
