The Gingerbread Man first appeared in the original TimeSplitters and has reappeared in every subsequent game since. Gingerbread Man has never been given a canon role and is considered a "Classic" Character in all sequels. He is simply an orange-brown Gingerbread Man, with three applied buttons and eyes and red icing around the mouth area in the formation of a smile. As he is a gingerbread man, he appears flat on his side.

The first game was Gingerbread Man's first appearance and in this, his role in the game was only based around the Mall map. He is one of the few characters in the original TimeSplitters who do not have a role in the Story of the game. Like the other non-canon characters, he has a cheat associated with him, Enemies turn to Gingerbread.

Though Mall did not return for another game, the Gingerbread Man returned in TimeSplitters 2 for another appearance. He is associated with the Chinese Restaurant and appeared as a multiple-enemy in Baking for the Taking with the Chinese Chef as the main character. The mission suggests that it was the overdose of raising agent added to the mix which created them.
[edit] TimeSplitters Future Perfect
The Gingerbread Man returned in TimeSplitters Future Perfect, but in it he has no Challenges of any kind to his name, just a brief appearance in the Freaks Bot Set and a usable character from the beginning.
His line is a parody of Bender's "Bite my shiny metal ass" from Futurama
