Suit Hoodlum is a member of Mr. Big's gang in the Chinese Restaurant, although not much more is known about him. Unlike fellow member of Mr. Big's gang Chinese Chef, Suit Hoodlum only appears in TimeSplitters.

The Suit Hoodlum's first appearance is that of a generic enemy that Harry Tipper and Lt. Christine Malone must fight in order to seize the evidence needed to incriminate Mr. Big's gang.
1985, Chemical Plant[]

The Suit Hoodlum reappears alongside Mr. Big in Chemical Plant, although there is nothing linking the level with Chinese, suggesting it is merely a means of diversifying the cast of enemies that Fingers McKenzie and Ravelle Velvet must fight.

- Louie Bignose and Inceptor reuse his voice clips.
- Fingers McKenzie, Lumberjack, Suit Hoodlum and Chinese Waiter have the same gesture. Waiter has no gesture dialogue, but the other three use the exact same gesture dialogue.
