Brains is another addition to the row of monkeys. He is an undead monkey missing the top of its skull, eyes and most of the right ear. He only appears in TimeSplitters: Future Perfect.

- Curiously, his collar is red whereas Monkey's is blue.
- He uses low-pitch versions of Monkey's voice clips.
- Sewer Zombie, Blanche Deadwood, Clip Clamp and Brains use the same gesture, but they each have unique gesture dialogue.
- His gesture groan is one of his death sounds.
- He shares his viewmodel arms with Monkey.
