Chinese Waiter is a generic male Chinese character and wear black tuxedos. They only appear in the original TimeSplitters, unlike the Chinese Chefs who appear in all subsequent games.

The Chinese Waiter appears as one of the characters based around the Chinese Restaurant and the with the Chinese Chefs.

The Chinese Waiters are members of Mister Big's gang. They work at the Chinese Restaurant where the gang is based, but house the gang too. They rebel against the cop attack when they come for evidence of their activity.
